Ready NOW! is a series of activities designed to prepare job seekers for a successful job search and full-time employment in open manufacturing jobs. Participants will attend workshops on team building, resume writing, career exploration and personal success; debrief with a group of fellow job seekers and employers; and practice presenting a positive, employable image through mock interviews. At the end of the week, those who have fulfilled all the requirements will obtain a Certificate of Completion and the opportunity to interview with two of the participating employers.
